Flag of the British Empire by Shikku27316 Flag of the British Empire by Shikku27316
This one has the sun, over six colours, representing the six continents that the British Empire had territory in. They are the most used colours of former British colonies, in no particular order. So, they're the land. The sun represents "the sun never sets on the British Empire". The three lions are the three English lions.
It is also an applicable flag of the English language, maybe without the lions, though.
Made with Inkscape! :)
Have fun, and enjoy (and don't forget to leave a comment, now!).

The idea is really great, but I think thatīs a bit too much colour, usually african flags have such colours.
But this is only what I think, not meant bad, you know me ;)

That's fine. I think it works fine; the French flag of the time was cluttered with words and symbols (at least the one I remember from history class), so it certainly works, although I can see why you'd say there is a lot of colours. Usually, I look out for that stuff.
